Bought a fridge here because of the good pricing. A little thing happened during delivery, but the retail staff Patrick and delivery staff Jeffrey handled the situation professionally and efficiently. Excellent after-sale service! Would definitely recommend Harvey Norman to my friends when they're looking to buy home appliances.

Horrible experience. Never going back there again. Being ignored is 1 thing. Staff doesn't wants to serve us even though we are visible. Went to ask if there's anyone could serve us staff said she dont know. Lol wow. 2nd, purchasing of the item, asking about the installation . staff (doesn't not wants to explain more to detail)gave us a fix price. Technician not around anymore so we understood. Staff told us to arrange by ourselves to contact the technician the next day. Called the technician, technician gave us a different quote. Which was not explained by the HN staff. When we did ask the price for installation we ask 2/3 times before even purchasing the item. Called their customer service all they can do is apologise(but still blamed us cos we nvr told them its a new flat)for our horrible experience in there. Waste my effort and my time.

Horrible experience. Was there to check out washing machine. First of all, was seen by their sales staffs I'm checking out washing machine, but none bother to approach me. By the way, they are busy chatting among themselves. Finally after more than 15 mins, one of the sales staff (A) whom finished attended another customer, came to approach me. Told him what I want and he helped to check stock. Not sure why, he asked another sales staff (B) to help check stock and assist me. When I asked B does price include delivery, rudely he replied, "such a big sign over here indicated delivery charges and u can't see?". Hey, the section for displaying washing machine is at least 150sqm and u expect me to see an A4 size paper that's put on top on one of the shelve? This B really cmi and I just walked away. End up, I went over to another shop to buy. Pay abit more willingly.

Satisfied customer! Was served by Sales Rep Mr William during my shopping spree for my new BTO. He have good product knowledge and able to explain the funtionality well. We had a change of mind few days/weeks after we ordered and he is fine with changing those items without any black face and no questions asked. After sales service was superb.Easily contacted and fast response via whatsapp. Highly recommended and will come back soon for more!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Today I was there to print a photo using the Fujifilm machine and usually it can be done in 1 min in other stores. But this store has very few receptionists and all of them are lack of training. I was greeted by a middle-aged Chinese woman there but was kept waiting for nearly half an hour since I finished the order. And even with that long waiting time, she still didn't give me the photo and tell me that the machine is broken. But it seems to me that she was even struggling with rebooting the computer and maybe the machine is totally fine. Anyway, the receptionist and the computer there are all very low and if you want to save your time and your life, do not go there. It is a total waste of time and also waste of my life.

Their payment system is really weird. Used unionpay and the transaction went through. Then the cashier insisted to void the receipt and I had to use another terminal. And even sign some form in the process. I so glad I purchased my big ticket items from Best Denki and Challenger. Their payment process is seamless.
